Returns and refunds policy for services

Semper Paratus Legal House LLP provides advisory, accounting and legal services. Below is our returns and refunds policy.

1. Services not yet performed

If the service has not yet commenced, the client is entitled to a full refund. Refund requests should be submitted in writing to [email protected].

2. Partially performed services

If a service has been partially performed, the client is entitled to a proportional refund for the unperformed portion. The refund amount will be calculated based on the work actually completed.

3. Completed services

After full performance of a service (e.g., company registration, filing with Companies House), a refund is only possible if the service was not performed in accordance with the agreement.

4. Refund processing time

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the refund request being approved. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used by the client.

5. Third-party fees

Third-party fees (e.g., Companies House fees, court fees, KRS fees) are non-refundable once incurred, unless the filing did not take place due to our fault.
